Thats what the clerk said after I filed 5 Express Mail Claims for Late Delivery of my eBay Payments and two items that buyers bought from my final eBay auctions today. (Two were 20 days late, and they never attempted a second attempt at delivery)
He was laughing kinda uneasily thru the process, and the next clerk who had to sign the claim form (Witness declaration or something like that)looked at me and scribbled her signature and threw the forms to me.
Is it just me, or is the USPS not happy when someone files claims like this? (I took back $75.45 worth of postage back from them.)
