I purchased 2 quilts from a seller - combined to save on shipping. Anyway...I paid for these with Paypal on January 29th. I haven't received them and cannot contact seller. I have sent numerous emails to no avail. Got their info from ebay - phone # is a cell phone number. I have tried to contact for 24 hours and receive only an "away from phone, phone off" message. This seller is new with a feedback of 4 - all positive, but seller has nothing up for auction right now. What is my next step? - I want my items or my money back!

Did you pay with a credit card on paypal? then go to paypal and do a chargeback of the funds. That will get their attention

I just received two booklets sent by the seller on December 22nd, 2000 (computerized stamp said Dec 22nd). That's a record of 45 days in transit.
Use the resources of ebay to help.
Tell them the phone doesn't go through, I had that happen before and they got a response as the seller updated their details.
Whatever you do don't leave a negative until you have exhausted all possible aid from ebay.
Good luck

I won an auction on December 9th, 2000. I paid with PayPal. Soon after the guy got suspended from eBay (even though he had over 1000+ feedback).
eBay won't let me file a negative feedback since he's suspended. The auction was for $23.00 so I can't get their insurance policy. Several weeks ago I've tried to file a complaint through eBay but the auction is not "listed" in their database. I don't know why it's not.
It's been over two months now... so I guess I can't really do anything... I pretty much got ripped off...

Daredevil,
I had the same thing happen, the seller was suspended, and the amt is too low for their insurance. The only difference is I paid with a money order. Now, I know I probably have some recourse, but, for $30, is it really worth it???????
Although, with the second time, (this guy had really decent feedback!) I got a really nasty email. But, he is suspended, so I have almost no recourse except through the money order thing. Again though, for $30, is it worth the hassle?
just my drugged two cents worth.....(cold medicine)
