I have this problem with internatioanl Buyers, They tend to be Canadian but I guess that would be because they bid more than others. Anyway even though the auction plainly list the terms being Money Order or Billpoint/PayPal. And that international buyers pay actual shipping, they like to renegotiate the temrs AFTER they have topped a good bidder and won the aution. any advice?? JoonZone

I've actually not had this happen, and I've sold to lots of international bidders. Just clearly state the terms that international bidders must e-mail for a quote, or have to accept the shipping charges listed. If they won't work, then just do a NPB and move on.
