Has anyone here used collections agencies to pursue check bouncers? I've had two in the last couple of weeks and at least one of them is giving signs of not coming through with the money. I recalled someone here (or elsewhere) once referring to an online collections agency, M. A. D. Collections -- does anyone have any experience with their services? Are they reliable?

These are admittedly rather small dollar amounts, combined the two checks add up to a bit over $50. But darn it, it's my money!

Any help would be appreciated.
