I use AW EOA notices.

My buyer filled in the info and then a few days later, sends me back my bill point invoice with a totally different address.

Buyer's in NY and I don't know how Zips are split up...but one is 12210 and the other is 12065

These seem pretty distant.

I e-mailed him back and said I would ship to the BillPoint provided address to protect myself from chargeback and fraud. (I know it's not 100% safe, but hey.)

Did I do the right thing? Any advice...

Yep, you did the right thing. ALWAYS ship to the verified address. If they have a problem with that, forward the Billpoint or Paypal TOS to them so they can read it themselves. Most folks don't have a problem when they find out why and get the "official" word from the payment service.

He replied back to me shortly...Turns out it's his work address....Didn't want it to go to the house as it's a Birthday present for his kid.
