Nowhere in my auctions do I state I will call a customer on the phone - and I won't.
After many auctions, I have decided I will not negociate the terms of the auction to anything different than the auction. If the bidder wants a different deal then I offer to mutually void the auction - and move on

Why want you call a customer on the phone?
