I just had an auction end, and the winning bidder, to judge by their e-mail address(.tv), is from the country of Tuvalu. An expensive item too, 4 figures. Anyone have any experience shipping to Tuvalu?? Or dealing with the Tuvalanese??

Never even heard of it!

It turns out to be a very small, very new country, and they are "leasing" out their internet domain suffix ".tv" to raise money!
