I got my first complaint email last night about a sony play station I sold. I had swapped the play station with a next door neighbor who wanted a speaker for his car that I had. I didn't need the playstation so I tested it out then list it and sold it on ebay.

Problem is, even thought I listed it as honestly as possible and said you buy this as is, they tell me now that one of the buttons on one of the controllers doesn't work and what am I going to do about it?

I emailed back that I have a controller from my sons playstation they can have because his doesn't work anymore but the controller does. I also asked them what they thought would be fair since this is a regular controller and the one they got was one of the more expensive ones. I haven't heard back yet but I wanted some advice so I could be fair to them.

Thanks!!
