I realize that you may have only 1 personal account w/ paypal. My question is...I currently have a personal account however, my husband (different name, different CC, same email addy) wnat's his own account. Is this possible? I'm afraid to let him try because their TOS states that they will close all accounts for a violation. Anyone know about this?? Thanks!

You might try posting this over on the PayPal board under Partner Services. Maybe the PayPal rep will pick up on it. I don't see a problem with each of you having personal accounts, since you are individuals. I do know from past posts that you may have a problem if your husband wants to verify a bank account or credit card on his PayPal account that's already associated with your PayPal account.

There is no problem with you and your husband having two accounts, my wife and I did. You do need two different email IDs, credit cards and bank accounts. And dont ever send funds from one account to the other. PP will consider this a cash advance scheme and may shut down the accounts even if the funds came from your PP account and not your credit card.
