I badly need some automated auction tracking software that is dependable. I am using Auction Trakker which was recommended on this BBB some time ago. It works OK sometimes but is never totally dependable. It misses auctions, misses bidder info, right now I have a screen locked up and will probably have to completely reload the program. I would greatly appreciate any advice/opinion on what tracking software is available and how you like it. I have tried AW but I can barely see the little squares - also find it is very slow as I run hundreds of auctions a week and the pagination process simply takes too long. HELP PLEASE!!! TKS.

Take a look at the new post-sale management at AW, it's not perfect yet but much improved. I'm still waiting for someone to come up with something brilliant, or for my husband to make me one which ever comes first (but I'll probably retire before either happens).

TKS. I did look at AW post auction but it is so cumbersome. It only allows you to work a page at a time and even with DSL it still takes too long to go from page to page. Right now I am trying to compile a customer list using AW post sale info. I have 86 pages of email addresses and I can only import them 50 at a time. I gave up after a couple hours of messing with it. Maybe the AW tech people will read this thread and give us some help. I will post it to the AMPro board as well.

Have you looked at it in the last week or so. I use the 'express', I don't remember if you have to opt in or not, but it takes a lot of that page by page out. For instance I shipped out 8 packages today, I went into the need to ship, checked off the boxes on the items I was shipping and it marked off all 8 as shipped, then asked if I wanted to notify the winning bidders that I shipped and it did that in one click. Much easier!!
