Well, if the positives came between the 9/30 Neg, and the most recent ones, then No, because a member needs a Neg 4 before eBay will kill em...
If it was my auction, I would retract their bid for the reasons you have stated above...why take the chance?

Wow coincidentally I came upon this same person today while looking through some seller's feedback. It seems that this person also likes to post retaliatory negs.

When I run into bidders like that, I just cancel their bid, with the feedback as a reason. Then I email safe harbor with the info. I'd also email safe harbor about the bid retraction guy. That's just excessive.
