E-MAILED THIS PERSON NUMEROUS TIMES. NEVER RESPONDED. 2-16-01 Complaint: many e-mails, no reply, A prankster, BEWARE !!!! 2-13-01 Complaint: would not honor bid or answer any e-mails . payment never received 9-30-01 Complaint: GAVE THE BUYER 30 DAYS TO PAY, NO PAYMENT RECEIVED, JUST EXCUSES Then two old positive for a total of (-2). Shouldn't they have been kicked off?
ubiedaman	posted on February 25, 2001 12:27:03 AM new Well, if the positives came between the 9/30 Neg, and the most recent ones, then No, because a member needs a Neg 4 before eBay will kill em... If it was my auction, I would retract their bid for the reasons you have stated above...why take the chance? Keith I assume full responsibility for my actions, except the ones that are someone else's fault.

This guy had a total of 82 bid retractions since Nov. 2000 39 bid retractions in the last 7 days !!!! If you ask me, this type of user should be banned from participating in auctions with a record like that. HOW CAN THIS PERSON STILL BE A MEMBER??
neville	posted on February 25, 2001 06:17:30 AM new When I run into bidders like that, I just cancel their bid, with the feedback as a reason. Then I email safe harbor with the info. I'd also email safe harbor about the bid retraction guy. That's just excessive.
