The buyer let me know that her parents used her car and got it smashed. Then the other car they had got hit by a deer. Apparently this was all very recent since her bid, but I'm not sure. She candidly said she can't pay for the item.Ok no sweat, not a whole lot I can do. This is the third time I listed this item and the previous two were deadbeats so I can just roll my eyes and relist again. My question for this situation is should I file for a FVF refund? If she got a few of those she'd be suspended. The FVF is not much, but the issue is if she negotiated with her credit card companies, mortgage company, car loan etc, they wouldn't let her off the hook so easy. They'd still tack on all sorts of fees and still make her pay for that month.Techniqually she should be able to come up with the ten bucks in a month. I won't neg her, but a FVF seems in order, I just don't want her getting suspended. What do you all think?

Just file for the FVF, and let the bidder take the consequences...even those few cents come off your bottom line, and if this is NOT a real "story" from the buyer, you will save the rest of us from having to deal with leaving a FVF.
