I must say I was not to thrilled about this new ask seller a question feature ebay just put out, but I have to admit - I LIKE IT !
I used to get questions all the time from potential bidders asking everything under the sun and not even mentioning what item or item number they were refering to.
With this new feature, when a bidder asks a question, all of the info for that particular auction is there ! Item number, title, etc.. ITS ALL THERE !!
Now I know exactly what the buyer is refering to and it makes things so much easier !
Also, unlike Yahoo, you can directly respond to the bidder asking a question without actually going through ebay !
I must admit, this feature is one of ebay's greatest ideas (we all know they don't have that many).

That's nice to hear.
I am so looking forward to the day when we have to mail all payments to eBaY so they can make sure we did not collect a little EXTRA behind their back. Then they could mail it to buyer...and if there is too much...well, eBaY would get to keep it.
I just love control...Would not know how to live my life without it...
Of course, this post IS tongue-in-cheek...But I must say, I DO NOT like their telling me whom I should write to or who could write to me. I view this is intercepting my mail, and resent it greatly.
I send MY EOA immediately upon auction close. There are times when eBaY takes as long as 3 days to send theirs...
Instead of monkey-ing around with our mail, Ebay would do well to work on REAL problems, such as fixing the Gallery, which we pay for; it took 3 of my current listing OVER 24 HOURS to show up in my Gallery.
And that is only a drop in the bucket...
But I am glad it works for you.
******** Gosh Shosh!

Their whole email system sucks.
Now if looking at an item (of which we are, and even went to look at it; a boat, in our area) the bidding has gone nuts, looking at the bidding history there is 25 bids, 3/4 of these are numbers as ID's with sunglasses, you can see when they were registered, RECENTLY, and thats it, they've driven the price up. The two ID's are only numbers, a series of 5 numbers, the other ID is a series of 5 numbers too, registered same day!
geez how original. If they are legit bidders, there is no way to find out.
