If i understand this correctly , i can relist outside AW and pay no % or listing fee. The second time around!!!!!"If you do not use our tools to list your item,
and subsequently do not use the post sale tools either to manage the auction,
you will not be charged any final value fee either."
Regards,
Christopher

Yes I think that is what it means I think it is also saying photo hosting will still be free you can still store images and link then with HTML as long as you dont launch the aution from AW you pay nothing.

this would makes good sense because each photo has auction watches name and is linked back to them they run there advertizeing in your auction picture you give them free advertizeing in every listing.

I can under stand AW wanting to charge some kind of a fee to use there tools to launch and manage your auction but in reality we have been paying AW all along think of how much AW ebay listing fees would be for all the auctions there services show up in monthly.

each of us pays ebay for each auction we run AW already piggy backs in our listing we never charged Auction watch for the thousands of ads we ran for them so we really paid for there services all along now that we have to pay to list we should be able to choose for our auction to have no auction watch ads in them.

we should also be able to choose if we want to still see the banner Ads while were here on AW if we pay them fees.

The link works fine for me I think many people are useing some kind of web cache programs to speed up there surffing or ISP that caches internet pages that hasnt up dated in a few weeks.

My website is working fine and has been for a few weeks now since I changed hosts.

dman- I tried your link also, and this is what it said:

Effective January 4, 2001, BN3 has discontinued its cost-free and ad-free web hosting service. Notice had been sent out to
site administrators in early December. You are seeing this notice because the site administrator may not have time to move the
site yet.

To site administrators, for further assistance, please submit support request here.

Sincerely,
BN3 Management
