Mark, I have a question for you
HOW DARE YOU EXPECT TO BE PAID FOR THE WORK YOU DO?

Seriously folks I will be signing up and I understand the need for fees to be charged. I wish some of you would discuss what it is like to run a brick and mortar store with someone and find out how lucky you are to have the internet and eBay.
With AW my work is cut in half. For that, Mark, you can have my 5 cents and my 1 cent for each dollar I make. It is well worth it. Your program is the best employee I have ever had - it's never late for work, it doesn't steal, and not once has it thrown a pass at my husband!
Everyone complains about PayPal and 1.9% plus the 35 cent fee. I just got a letter from my credit card company upping my percentage BY 4%. And I pay this company $22 a month plus a transaction fee! And I had to pass an intensive credit check just to get the machine!
To quote Hell's Angels .... "Gas, Grass, or A** - no one rides for free." Sorry folks, the free ride is over.
Oh, and how many times have you clicked on the banners so Mark could make money while we were using his site free?

Finally someone who can see the forest through the trees. I'd like to second that, Mark. Good luck to you and AW- while I'm not sticking around I understand what you're doing and I'm ok with it. (I take my medication. )

You can sugar coat it any way you want. The bottom line is: AW is going to be charging for things that are free elsewhere.
Also, while it is true that the moderators have been saying for some time that AW was going to be charging, they said it would be for their "Premier"-type services. Yesterday I read in one of the threads that you won't have access to your pics if you don't sign up for one of their new plans (that was posted by a moderator). Image hosting is a premier service???
Reading these boards yesterday, it took me about 15 minutes to find a new image host that's easy to use and easier to organize.
As I've said before, if you think you're getting value, pay and pay happily. If you don't, don't. I don't and I won't.
