They meant it as a compliment. "Some may not think so" meaning your 7 negs... but she gives you 4 stars, regardless of your negs.
Just give her a nice positive like you would anyone else.

Yes the fact you have any negs at all probably set that off. I would not worry about it. When it scrolls down 5 or 6 lines nobody will read it. Probably the same sort who blurts out things like "Are you expecting?" to a lady who has gained a few pounds. Foot IN mouth disease.
