What applications do you use to calculate your profits after ebay fees, listing fees, fvf fees, shipping and aw fees? I'm using a crude formula I set up in excel, but would love a better set-up.
thanks for your suggestions.

...excel should be fine, just be sure that you format it to deal with negative numbers....

I use eBud to scavenge the auction and eBay fee information, export to Excel, and have space in Excel to add in postage, shipping supplies, and other things.

Then I add up the money that came in, subtract postage, eBay fees, cost, etc. and come out with the "profit".

MS Money. You can create the categories you need, like listing fees, postage, etc. and create a report based on just your auction income and expenses.
