How much longer are you going to let your fees thread run? You must have a pretty good idea of customer reaction by now and it is getting B-O-R-I-N-G and slows down access to the interesting stuff.

Now, you know from reading that thread (even if you only read part of it) that we're asking folks to confine their posts about it to only that thread. And so of course you also know I'm going to have to lock this one, right?
