I use Photopoint to host my images, this last week they supposedly improved their site, but now it is so much slower. It seems to take forever between screens. Any other uses notice this?

This is becoming a problem with more then just image storage sites. I just joined PhotoPoint a few days ago, but haven't used them yet. I still have another web site I use, where I had been given 1 year free due to a problem with them last year. The problem is as soon as everyone from AW flocked over there, they wern't ready for the influx of new users. The same thing happens when ever a new auction site is situated to take some of Ebays business away too. They are never ready, and so everyone goes back to the same o same o. I just don't get it. All these other sites could give the old timers a run for their money, but they're never ready. People on line, are not going to sit around, and twiddle their thumbs. The number one complaint from internet users around the world is slow loading pages. By the time they get there services upgraded, or a new router in place etc;, most folks will have moved on. Try Epier. They have free image hosting, and free listing if you place your auctions with them as well, but you can just use their image hosting services, as long as you post their little ad, like AW has. I sure loved AW, and have been with them for over 2 years, but I can't afford the new fees. Very sad!!

I started using them over the weekend and didn't notice that they were slow. But I'm on cable, so I might not notice anyway.

I was updating my "albums" this week-end, and thought PhotoPoint was down!...I do not use them for auctions, just my fun things and Restoration album .
