OK, now I am confused by the multiple posts on the fees by AW. (Maybe it is just me.) I understand the transaction fee. I understand but do not agree with the FVF. In one of the posts I read something about AW Image Hosting. Is AW Image Hosting included in the transaction fee, or is there an additional charge for image hosting. Please clarify.
