I hope I am posting this in the right place so that the thread won't be locked.

Several days ago some of us on this board were interested in finding a way to move all images from AuctionWatch at one time. The directions below were sent to me by a kind soul who took pity on the less informed (me among others).

1. First make a folder to hold the images. Right-click on the desktop; click on New;
Folder (now you have a new Folder on your Desktop)
2. Click on Start, Find, Files or Folders.
3. In the Named box type: AuctionWatch
4. Double-Click on the AuctionWatch that has C:/Program Files after it
5. This is the AuctionWatch folder. Find the folder named Images and double-click it
6. This opens the Image Folder. Click on Edit (button next to the File button)
7. Click on Select All (this highlights alll the images in the folder)
8. Click the Edit button again and then click Copy
9. Go back to your Desktop and double-click on the Image Folder you created to open it.
10. Now paste your images into this folder.

Now your images are ready for uploading to another hosting site.

Thanks! I'll try that. I've been trying to do them one at a time & it's a fiasco! Plus the first ones I tried came out little tiny instead of the size they were supposed to be. Wo is me that I don't have an illogical computer brain!

That sounds so easy but.... I got to the
4th step and couldn't find an AuctionWatch that had C:/Program Files after it! Everything was C:\WINDOWS\TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES.
I have 300+ pictures and have been moving
them them the hard way...one by one. Why are they so tiny after being moved? Do the pictures expand when placed into an auction? Help, please!

In the named field be sure to type AuctionWatch without a space between the two words. Let us know if this helps.

It didn't help me. It says that that the search was complete and no file was found.

Do you actually have to have made a folder at some time to be able to do this?

I can't even get to step 4, when I click on Start I can't find anything that says Files or Folders. Do you have any further instructions? There is absolutely nothing there even close to that. I have windows ME
would that be the problem?

Jane
When you say click on start do you mean the start At the bottom left hand of your screen or is this start somewhere else?

Jane: You are right the Start is the one at the bottom left of your monitor. Start--Find--File or Folders.

jelleladee,

I'm going to have to lock this thread up as it is not appropriate for this Ebay Outlook forum.

Thanks for your cooperation,
