I use Andale as my eBay auction manager. It's been down all of Friday morning, long after the scheduled maintenance time. Is anyone else having problems with Andale?

As a follow-up: Andale users, check your auctions. The photos have disappeared from many of them -- not all, however. My photos are gone, but my husband's are still up. I wonder what gives.

I haven't been able to access Andale all morning either, and my images aren't showing. I just tried the Honesty site and they are completely down as well. This is the longest outage they have had...

I wrote to Andale tech support and received the following reply:
"We are having some problems with our network. I have not been able to get any
additional information at this time. I know this is being worked on and I hope
to see things improve very soon. I am very sorry that this is happening."

Things have gone a bit downhill at Andale as of late, which is why this down time worries me. There's no more Andale telephone customer support, and there are longer waits for replies to email tech support questions. Usually, when a site goes down, I don't worry about it, but with Andale's overall service not the same as it used to be, I'm particularly sensitive to this glitch.
Anyway, I think the service is excellent otherwise, especially Andale's post sale tools. I hope all gets well soon.
