I sold a professional-grade photo-copier on eBay that just closed. [It's approx. 5 feet long x 4 feet high x 3 feet deep.] In my TOS, I state that the winning bidder can pick up in my local metro. area or I would ship the giant/heavy/difficult to ship item at their cost. well...my winner is out of state and now I have to figure out how to ship this item... I live in Los Angeles and they're out of state.

do any of you have any experience with the shipping of heavy awkward sized office equipment -- it can't be put in a box and brought down to UPS -- it needs to crated on-site and picked up -- help!

thanks for your suggestions.
