I used AW Auction Manager Pro launcher to list several items on my last auction. I keep track of my listings by checking my About Me page and the AW counter page.

19 items were listed, I received 19 emails from Ebay confirming the listings. I didn't pay careful attention when I launched the auctions and actually 22 items were listed. The 3 items I didn't realize were launched did not show up on my About Me page or the AW counter page during the auctions.

The only way I knew about these 3 items was the high bidders emailed me after the auction ended. Boy, was I surprised! I went to the Ebay search and looked up my seller account for the past week, it only shows 19 items.

This was the first time I had tried the auction launcher, is this something that happens often? Does anyone know how this could have happened?

Thank you for any help you can give me.

I do not know if it is eBay or AW but it happens to me a lot. Auctions might show up on AW but not on eBay, they may not show up on either.

I will have a winner e-mail me because they want to know about payment and I never got anything about the auction listing/closing nothing but if I key in the nuber they sent it is there.

Since I will no longer be listing with AW I just kind of let it go. I think it is an eBay problem though.

you can check on eBay board that it has happened to others. there was a thread (it still is probably there) started by a pink for the users to report such auctions.

I found that missing auctions have the exact ending time as some of those on the list. I would check the ending time of those auctions and compare with your about me page auctions. I bet there are three other auctions with exact ending time on the list. It's the problem with eBay.

Happens to me almost every week for the past month or so, two to four items will not show on MY SELLING TAB on Ebay. I bring this question up to AW, never a reply. I contacted Ebay customer service, when I gave them the item #'s they inserted them back onto my selling tab. They also responded with it's a program problem at AW. Just an added note if a bidder decides to check your other running auctions, he won't see the ones you don't have listed on MY SELLING TAB, you loose maybe some bids.

This problem has been happening to me even BEFORE I was using AW !!!

So if ebay says it is a problem with AW, they are FULL OF (well you know) !!!

I will admit AW makes it happen more, but it will happen regardless because the problem is with ebay.

There are only 2 solutions to this problem.

1. After listing all of your auctions (this will only work if you list on the same day), email [email protected] and tell them to reset your seller's list.

2. After listing all your auctions, list one more BOGUS auction. Check your seller's list and then cancel the BOGUS auction. This will reset your seller's list to.

I've come to accept this "bug" in AMP...I used to complain a lot, but was eventually told by both eBay and AW that it's the fault of bulk listers and nothing could be done. Seems whenver two auctions list within one second of one another, the second (while still listing on eBay) will NOT show up on your MY SELLING page. For months now, I have been in the habit of logging on first thing in the a.m., comparing the previous night's list of actions from the AW page and the Ebay Current Listings page. Then I make some small change to the missing auctions (using revise or add depending on if there have been bids placed. Once any sort of change is made, the auction will then show up on the MY SELLING page. Seems to me the programmers could changte the code in the bulk listers to place a short (3-5 second?) delay between each batch item....
