OK I HAVE SUBMITTED THE DEAD BEAT REPORT USING VRANS SYSTEM VERY COOL, Ebay in turn emails the sellers. How long do i have to wait from that point to get a credit from ebay ...and were do i go on ebays page

10 days AFTER the No-Pay warning you have to request a return of fees (FVF Request) and THEN the deadbeat is 1/3 of the way to being booted off

Meanwhile, you don't have to wait 10 days to relist your item. ebay's rules say they hope your customer & you will resolve the situation but admits you are under no obligation to hold onto the item.

You can file relist the same day you file the NPB. It's your option.
