Here is how I look at it and I believe this is the way AW is looking too. 5 cents and 1% of something is better than 100% of nothing, which is how much they get right now. If only 10% of us stay then they make a whole lot more than they do now, with less headache and server strain. Dont get me wrong I plan on abandoning ship also but their move is strictly business. Maybe not the smartest move but a needed one since banner revenues are crashing. I have enjoyed this service and will miss it. I have found a new way to list which is much easier. I named this site in my last post that was deleted before anyone got to read it.

It sounds logical except that if only 1% of the people remain, the ad revenue will take a huge dive. What does AW do then, raise the rates, and scare those remaining away?
The whole idea that AW has a FVF is to keep the listing fees down. It was a safer bet that we would accept the FVF and a 5¢ listing fee, than a .25¢ listing fee only. But even that didn't go over too well. Makes you wonder how someone can start a company and not have the logistics of making a profit in the present and future without scaring away your customers.
Here's what I offer AW management. Prepay like a phone card- $5 for 500 pictures hosted. 100% of my $5 is better than 0% of my $200.

AW charges 1% final fee is 100% illegal!
We will see that AW will be forced to be given up by court!
Right 1% is better 100% of nothing, but no one guaranteed a successful auction, is 100% get paid! EBay auction bidders over 30% are deadbeaters! , Credit card fraud!
