I'm trying to send out my End of Auction notices and I can't get my Yahoo account to function. Anyone else having problems?

I had trouble accessing my account all last week. It was fine over the weekend, then started again this morning.

Yahoo has been having problems for months. I can't send from an email client and apparently they have no intention of ever fixing their server. I also have problems sending from their web mail.

I have two EOA's returned to me from Yahoo.. Cannot contact these winners..I thought it was my server. I guess not.
