Front Page Express is what I use to create all of my web pages and auction templates.
Very simple to use, drop & drag, WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get)
Just use this program and you won't have to learn HTML. The Netscape Composer program is about the same if you have Netscape on your system instead of IE.

Express is simple to use but limited. I still use it for pages I update frequently. If its a page with a couple of pics, text, and a few links, Express will work. You can always insert html code if you want to add some additional features.
