Right now I'm paying 15%-20% to sell my items through eBay. When I used optional listing features (featured in category, highlighted, etc.) that percentage went as high as 50%.
Although sales were generally depressed last week, sales of $5 software programs and information, with free delivery via the web, were at about double.
I think we're seeing a drop in impulse buying. The economy may be starting to stagger, and people are holding off their non-essential purchases. My own cost of living increased about 20% this year.
