I like the part where the eBay “Community Development” person says that eBay Customer Service is under a heavy load but that he thinks there are many kind souls on this (eBay) board who are willing to help others with their problems.
What a great way to develop a community: We’re so busy with screwing you with our new service that you’ll have to find someone else to help you with your problems.
