Hi,
Has any seller ever used or considering using the phrase "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in their description, if so, what was the response you recieved?

Use this if you don't mind getting NEGs.
When it comes down to it if the seller wantts ar refund and they feel jilted you can either give the refund or take the neg.
Sometimes it's not just worth it.

My auctions have said "all sales final" for over 3 years and it has not been a problem at all.
You won't get negs just for saying "all sales final" - you have the right to have any terms you choose.
I only refund if I have made a mistake in listing the item. But as far as buyers' remorse - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As long as you put lots of details in your items, measurements, colors, etc - you should not have a problem.

It's only worth stating if you absolutely mean it. Translated into bidderese, it means NO REFUNDS. It might be less problematic to state that all items are sold AS IS.

I personally would rather bid on an auction that says "All sales final" than "As is" because "as is" sounds more like something is wrong with the item.

I offer a 14 day money back guarantee LESS any and all Ebay, Paypal, auction management service and S&H fees. The customer must also pay return shipping. On shrink-wrapped items, the item must be returned still sealed and in the same condition it which it was sent. You'll get more bids this way than if you say all sales final and really not lose anything if the item is returned.
