Why should eBay relay email messages for you, or anyone?

Sounds like an ISP glitch between you & your customer. Pull their contact info & give them a call.

Problem solved ............

Sorry, I'm a big boy now, and solve my own email problems when they pop up from time to time.

Good luck selling online, sounds like you're going to need it.

When I get bounced emails, I notify SafeHarbor and they attempt to send an email to the bidder at the address they have registered with ebaY. If ebaY's email bounces back they NARU the user. This has happened 3 times in the past month or so. I always tell SafeHarbor that I don't want to see them NARUd, I just want to be able to contact them. They NARU's them anyway.

BTW, IMO if I'm unable to get an email to a bidder at the ebaY registered address, I do see this as an issue where ebaY has a responsibility to get involved. And for me, they always have.

GTE.net has been down for 3 days & counting, should eBay have to forward every email from every buyer & seller when an ISP crashes?

Get real.

Jumpup: A suggestion: you may get more cooperation from eBay with a calmer approach by just presenting the facts without the hyperbole, sarcasm, four letter words, and editorial comments.
