I have an inlaw with some problem with an Ebay buyer that has turned into a small claims issue. I am hoping one of the posters here either is an attorney or knows a good attorney in Las Vegas that they could recommend.
I know Small Claims don't require an attorney, but my inlaws are elderly and not sure about how to handle this issue on their own and I am on the other side of the country and can't help them in person.
Any info can be emailed to me directly or posted here - [email protected]

SG52 - I realize that it is not the most economical way to pursue this action against them. However, they are going to need an attorney to advise them and also help them bring in a third party (a packaging/shipping store) into the action.
Additionally, the party bringing the action is a NUTCASE and while I am sure it will show up in court, my inlaws get flustered easily. I am hoping to find an attorney who can advise them how to proceed, and maybe even go to the court with them and be there if they need it.
I frankly cannot believe the party bringing the lawsuit has taken it this far.
