I had a bidder who was new to eBay and wanted to pay via Paypal. She first went to the site and entered her bank info. Then she went back and entered her VISA information. The payment has been "Pending" for 6 days! I don't remember it being this long for approval. Is there something "wrong"? She seems very sincere, and she is wondering what to do about it also!
Any ideas for either her - the winning bidder - or me - the seller?? How can one contact Paypal??

Tell her to double-check the email address that she sent the payment to. If she made a typo, the payment will remain pending until she cancels it.

Hi batcat55,
The user probably had a typo in the email address, such as a period at the end of it, or they had a slightly different variation on your email address (that is not registered in the system.0
They can go their history and find the transaction. There will then be steps to reverse the transaction---they can then resend it to the correct email address.
