I got the second email message telling me that I could sent the winning bidder his merchandise -- luckily I didn't.
Seven days later and no check has arrived (the buyer opted for the 2-day delivery service too) I checked bidpay's check status page and when I looked into it with western union -- their records show that the check was NEVER CUT!!!!
BIDPAY's phone number is always busy and they haven't returned my emails!
What's going on over there? Similar stories? I don't know what to tell the winning bidder who paid for the item and now there's no record of it! IT REFLECTS POORLY ON ME TOO!!

Some one please help her. Could you contact the bidder , and explain so that he can make the contact since he thinks he sent the money? Just a thought.

Bidpay regularly neglects to send email or post payments from buyers on my account,
I have had no response from Bidpay regarding this problem either.
I have however received all payments eventually.
Has the customer checked that the funds have actually been charged against the credit card? I have had 2 people register to ACCEPT payments and think that they made a payment.
Does the payment and tracking number show on your on line account? I always print out the on line confirmation with MO number, order number and customer info.
