Hi-- Now that we are paying you for the service you are providing, I must ask you to consider several problems that are occuring and to address them.
1) We are having a problem when relisting items when we "push the button once", but the item is relisted up to five times..Am I paying you a nickel fee for each of these errors?, Am I paying ebay 25 cents for these?
How do I get my compensation for this which is clearly the fault of your software?
2)Why are there errors constantly in my pending list? Almost each day there are some items which end up as errors or simply unscheduled in my pending list-- This creates lots of extra work for me since I typically list 80 items a day for which I'm paying you. How are you going to assure me that my hard work and diligent efforts are not being "screwed up" by your software problems.
