Entirely TOO LOng and too many options. Any more than three options has been proven the normal person cannot make a choice. That does not even take into the fact of the NEWBIES. If your auction stated payment methods accepted just ask How will you be paying and their shipping info , and then respond what the appropriate address is.Just My experience.

It sounds just fine to me. Anyone that can't read & understand that email [including new users] would have to be a brick short a lorry load.

No, not too long at all. My EOA is 3 pages long, 2 1/2 of which are offers for other products (related to the one bid on). I routinely end up with $25-$50 in sales as a direct result of a bidder winning a $9.99 dutch auction.
EVERY communication with your bidders is a chance to go cha-ching! This is the equivalent of a clerk at Macy's saying "You know, this tie would look great with that shirt!".

I disagree with this. If you want to be paid according to your wishes, it would be best to state them in your WBN. When I receive your WBN, I most likely won't remember what methods of payment you accept, and I don't want to have to go back to the auction listing to find out.

I think it was GREAT! To the point - all forms of payment accepted are covered - and the total INCLUDING the break down of cost is made clear.
I think it is very well worded.
Here is mine:
