I have a batch of auctions that were listed tonight, the pictures are not pulling up. the only way to fix it is to revise the auctions and fix the link for the picture. but every time I click the verify button to check the changes I get a "error found on page" or I get the connection was reset by server.
I have tried 4 different computers and three different dial ups and still the same thing, I've tried to call silver powerseller support and it just rings busy. my account account balance has grown a bit it is now up to
As of Mar-17-01 20:20:05 PST, my account balance is: $62,914,148.00
yes that is almost 63 million dollars.
anyway am I the only one that can't revise my auctions??

If you click back and forth long enough it will finally work. But now I just change to Netscape and it works right away. It is the most frustrating thing!
Cash out your account, buy ebay and get it running the right way.

It hasn't worked for me for over nine months. I gave up trying to revise. Ebay has no interest of doing anything about it, and I hear many people having troubles with it.

Hi
Yes relist does work. Every time I do not use an auctionwatch template it works everytime. If I use an auctionwatch template I have trouble every single time without fail. I use the auctionwatch blank template and have never had a problem since.I do not feel this is ebay's problem. It is auctionwatch's. This has been discussed numerous times butAuctionwatch turns a blind eye to this incompatability.

Hi Air, Have you checked the auction after you get the error? Many times, even though I get the error, the revision was completed. Now I just check the auction before I keep trying.
It's a lot less frustrating than going back and forth for what seems hours trying to fix it without the error.
I have got a trick that has worked fine. When you have done your modifications and an error comes up, wait four or five minutes. After that it will go through, according to my experience at least.

Bandika has it right, I open a different window for each auction to revise, do the revisions, hit the verify button and if it doesn't go through I hit the back button and leave it and go on to the next one. I go back after I get the next one done and try again. If I get all done and some still won't go through I come here and read the boards for a while. After 5 or 10 minutes they always go through. Good luck.

99% of the time I have found it doesn't work - but recently, when I need to make a revision, I have made them at odd ball hours, and seem to find this works a bit better.
bandika
I agree, this has worked for me also, I revise the auction, then minimize it, go about something else, and come back in a few minutes and it seems to go right through.

The times I have needed to make a serious revision, and couldn't get it though I closed the auction, reported it for credit because I couldn't revise and I got credit for it.

I guess I'm just lucky. I'm using cable, and IE. I hit revise, it comes up, and it goes through like a charm. Hope I haven't jinxed myself!
