I am in need of some information. I would like to terminate my eBay account,but I need to know who to contact? I got fed up with all their nonsense, and responded telling the rep that I want to end my account, but they wont respond. A friend told me I might have to get kicked off, before they will do it legit. If anyone has advise I would be most thankful.
Sorry for your frustration. I took a look at the rules and it says a user may request to become a nonregistered user. However, it did not say to whom to direct the request. Sort of like the "Hotel California". You can check out any time you like, but you may never leave!
My advice is to send an e-mail to [email protected] and ask for the procedures to terminate your account.

Sorry, but its obvious that you didn't get Meg's memo.
You can't close your account. She needs all of us to post, get our friends to join and post and get their friends, too. And while you're at it, buy, buy, buy.
Meg's gotta meet her financial numbers so she can get that big-bucks bonus and prove all the analysts wrong.
Then send an email to [email protected] telling them you've read the page, that you're writing to them because there is no email address provided on that page, and that you wish to have your account terminated.

misscandle- Oh its so true about their contacts. I swear the people that email from customer service are teens, just by the way they word their messages lol. I had to turn in 30 deadbeats on Friday, and after thinking about it all weekend that was enough for me to "retire" from this business.
ecom- Oh trust me all my friends that sell on there are having the same trouble, and are considering throwing in the towel. Meg wont miss my $500.00 payment monthly anyway.
glenda- Thanks for the link, but from the sound of it they wont close seller accounts without a fight(like they need more $$$$)so I will have to do it myself.
