It looks to me as though e bay does not live up to its own rules. I filled out non payment form over month ago and the credit still does not show on my accont. anyone have problems with this?

Did you complete the process? First file Non-Paying Bidder notice, wait ten days and then file for Final Value Fee credit? I just went through this, and my account was credited the FVF immediately upon filing the second form.

Actually, I have noticed that a few of my fvf have not been credited... hmmm...
