Came across a seller who has the Powerseller Logo in his auctions. He basically sells junk and does not hide the fact. His listings state the items aren't in working condition, bids start at $1.00 with $10.00 shipping.
Now, the is it possible question refers to him being a Powerseller and his feedback. Exactly what is acceptable to be a Powerseller? His reads:
3792 positives. 1334 are from unique users.
101 neutrals
185 negatives
Of course he received a few negative feedback about the items being junk but nearly all of the feedbacks have to do with the seller in general. Some examples:
***Did not send full order. Does not respond to e-mail.
***Ignored 4 e-mails with shipping instructions. Difficult merchant.
***Only got half the order. Ignores E-Mail.Not worth the shipping. BEWARE!!
***Speedy Delivery, however ITEM IS NOT WORKING. SMELLS OF URINE TOO =/
***They said it might not work but they did not even send it. FRAUD?? (There are SEVEN of these negatives in a row from bidder. And not a newbie either)
***FIFTY feedbacks from one bidder (a bidder with over 200 good feedbacks) saying that the seller relisted without telling them (yes, this person bid on 51 items. The other was a negative for not sending an item).
Can a person have these many complaints and still be a Powerseller? Again, it amazes me how many people continue to bid on his items with them not only being stated junk, but reading his feedback! I'd hate to think he is tarnishing the image of a Powerseller who actually deserves it! Actually any seller in general!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!
That is so hilarious !!!
I ran across that seller the other day also.
In his defense, alot of his negatives are undeserved. He clearly states his stuff is not working, not operating, junk, etc....
He has a link to a page that describes what he does in a FAQ format.
No combined shipping and everything is $10 an item to ship. Not a bad deal if you are buying a TV.
I noticed he has several repeat buyers and tons of feedback. He is clearly not trying to rip anyone off, but it comes across like a raffle prize.
You bid on an item fully realizing it is listed as in-operable junk in the hopes that you get a good item with an easy fix. It is pretty much gambling and I guess you can view his feedback to size up your odds.

LOL! I guess he does get around. I agree, some of the feedback as I said focuses on the items not working but he has many other feedbacks like the ones I posted here where he doesn't come through with the deal or he is just bad at his paperwork and can't keep things straight!
