Hello..I just started selling on ebay and a few of my auctions were newbies. The auction ended 3-1 I have sent her 4 emails regarding payment. I even sent her a warning with no reply. I have to wait for 7 more days to write ebay for a credit. When should I post negative feedback on her she only is a "2". She did bid on another item of mine and paid for it so I thought it was an oversight but she will not even respond anyone have any ideas? And if I post a neg on her now will she smart off and leave bad feedback for the item she already paid for and I left her positive feedback on that one?
