Maybe this is a warning that isn't needed, but I need an excuse to start a thread. 10 day auctions launched today will end an hour later than you might think. I think that's the way it works. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

That's a free hour of listing time.
Thanks for the reminder that we're "springing forward" soon. I've been procrastinating all this time about setting my car radio clock back an hour, and now I don't have to.
Or wait... if the clocks are moving forward, that's one fewer hour of listing time!

Yes!!!
Lets see 10¢ for 72 extra hours, now it's going to be 73 extra hours... hmmmmmm... I be sticking it to eBay for 0.138¢ a listing. If I make 3000 listings I'll gain enough in extra time to buy a happy meal.
But really when you think about it, it's still 72 hours. The problem is everyone else has only 71 hours.
There goes my savings... I saw wealth, riches, a new life, maybe a summer home in ... <sigh>

Actually, you lose an hour. The clocks get set ahead, therefore the end of your auction will happen an hour sooner. At 2:00 am the clocks get set ahead to 3:00 am and you lose the hour in between.

Yup, that's it. I know which way to set my clocks I just always get eBay's direction confused. Sort of like using too mirrors to trim your hair, the arm doesn't know which way to go.
Now... I wonder if I can file for a 0.138¢ credit with eBay.

According to my calendar, it's Sunday, April 1. I suggest you set your clock back instead of forward, wait for someone to notice that the TV listings are all messed up, and then yell "APRIL FOOL!!!!" <wicked grin>

Actually, I thought I remembered from last October that they did keep the auctions to 24 hours (so the ending hour would be different from the starting hour during daylight savings time).
