Why would anyone want to list on a free listing day? You see a glut of auctions and lower prices. It's great for buyers, though.

Free lsting days lie on extremely slow periods, perhaps the next one being around Memorial Day.
I've always done superb during free listing days. While many sellers take advantage of it, most aren't aware of it and the rest take time off like the rest of America. Your theory doesn't hold water.
