I think I'm getting the run around....
In a nutshell

3/18 Auction ends
3/19 WBN sent
3/19 He replies by e-mail "cash, and $4.35 shipping optin no insurance" -yes this is the same guy I wrote about in the 'cash' thread a few days ago.
I took advice and told him I didn't think it was a good idea to send cash, bla bla bla, do so at your own risk....

3/21 He replies with a "I've nevr failed'

I ignore.

3/21 -another reply- "sorry i meant cash but how much is the item"

huh?

3/21-I reply "The total amount due is $xxx. $xxx and $xxx for shipping, no insurance. Thanks

3/22 today..a few minutes ago he writes from a DIFFERENT e-mail address:

"hi i won auction Item #1222950798. can you please sned the winning email to [email protected] its with 6 zeros. instead of sending it to [email protected]. thankyou.

Comments pleeeeeeeze!

I'd give it one more go....send all the info again to the new address.

I don't know what deadlines you put on transactions, but if the money ain't there by the time you've set, go the NPB route.

I think that you have come across one of those bidders that I hope I never have to deal with! Good luck!

Maybe he's bid on lots of stuff and is a little confused. I mean, we know he's confused, but maybe there's a reason. Check to see what he's been up to lately. Also check his feedback. Maybe it will give you some insight into this situation.

If he doesn't pay within a reasonable time just file your NPB alert. Maybe when he gets an e-mail from eBay he will come to his senses.
