Has anyone dealt with buyers from the Czech Republic? I know there are some countries which are better to avoid dealing with and I don't think this is one, but I wanted to check and see if anyone has had good or bad experiences in dealing with buyers from this country.
I'm thinking BidPay or cash would be the best ways to get payment. Am I wrong?

BidPay or cash you can't lose.
Czech Republic is scary, but not Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Indonesia, and others, places you simply cannot do business in because they do not prosecute fraud.
I've sold things to Czech Republic, paid by credit card, without a problem...but I remain nervous.

If we are talking credit card then I'd be real cautious with any eastern European country. Poland is the only eastern European country that BillPoint allows, PayPal doesn't allow any eastern European countries.
This is the 'top' contenders according to a Yahoo fraud tip sheet. Romania, Macedonia, Belarus, Pakistan, Russia, Lithuania, Egypt, Nigeria, Colombia, Malaysia, and Indonesia have a very high incidence of fraud
Cash, Money Order, or BidPay would seem the only way to go.

Well, I think I'll write to the potential bidder and tell him "yes," but let him know that the shipping cost will be high and that BidPay will be the way to go for payment.
He has one positive feedback comment from a seller with over 1000, saying the transaction was easy and he paid quickly. It was for an item similar to mine which he purchased in December.
Based on your comments, I feel like it's a bit of a risk but not such a major one to be a dealbreaker. Thanks! If he bids and it all goes to hell I'll be sure to post again and let you know.
