Has anyone else figured out what long-time eBud users need to do to get the updates to the program WITHOUT getting charged for all the new hoo-ha?
I have eBud 2.53 and have to update to 2.60 I guess, before I can update to 2.67. The program is useless to me right now. I've gone to the info pages and can't find a way to e-mail customer support there -- if it exists.

You have to download and install Auctiva PowerTools 2.60 before you can install the 2.67 update. If you were grandfathered in for the two free years when eBud was sold, you should be able to download 2.60 for no cost.

I did what mrpotatoheadd suggests...no problem...no charge. Just DO NOT download their Pro version...there IS a charge for that..... I'm up to 2.67 now and still retain my 400+ days at no additional charge.

From their website, it looks like you need to download Auctiva PowerTools 2.66, not 2.60- I guess 2.60 is no longer available. I would post a link, but I'm afraid I'd get a rap on my knuckles (against AW CG's, you know).
