I have used and defended Andale on this site in the past, so feel honor-bound to report it as it is for me right now. I have experienced the slowness/downtimes/non-responsiveness of support/the DOS? attack, and stuck by them....all the while asking for a fee rebate since I am not receiving what I am paying for...am bearing the full financial burden for Andale's problems. As of today, I am on the search and trying out other web based auction services...enough is enough. Although the Andale system is a superb design and by far the most complete one a seller would ever want...the problem is it just don't work as it is operating right now. This gal is outta there!

I only used Honesty Counters, which I have used since the inception of Honesty, but finally threw in the towel last week, as I got sick and tired of not being able to check my counters.
So I asked on this board whose counters to use and was referred to Amherst Counters. Well I went to Amherst and for a week they have worked fine - now today I can't get them to pull up at all!!!!! I can get to the site, I can press for counters, but none appear. If I didn't need to see my counter info (I use hidden counters) I wouldn't put the darn things on my auctions.
NOW, does anyone know of a dependable service with free counters outside of the above mentioned undependable ones?

I use Ruby LAne "hidden" counter, and since I do my own HTML, and add pics in the body of the auction, I use THIS in the "image url" area at the bottom of the eBay submit page...right under a statement of "My Counter"

Rubylane is one of the most reliable service around. And everytime ebay hiccups and messes things up, Ruby Lane is usually the first to respond and correct problem.
