The ePay announcement board stated a week or so ago that BIN would no longer be available for adult listings, but while I was doing 'research' in the Mature Audiences category, I see BIN auctions showing up, with the BIN ican. What gives?

Some sellers get around the rules by starting their adult auctions in the regular video category, allowing the BIN and the regular search engine to pick up their descriptive copy, then move it a couple of hours later to the mature category.

Since the search engine only reads an auction the first time it is presented, not after any alterations, it is available to bidder on a regular search, the BIN remains intact, and they have an advantage over those who play by the rules.

I also suspect it is these weasels who are turning in their competition for using words like "mature" and "xxx" which are ok here but forbidden in the adult section, believe it or not.

I think ebay wants to harass the sellers and quit the adult category altogether, but can't just do it. So they are supervising it to death, but missing the tricks being played on them.
