I have four rather odd shaped pottery mugs signed Padilla in script on the bottom. Does anyone have a clue as to who this is?

Here's some help for you:
Go to "google.com", type in the search box, Padilla Pottery, and see what comes up. I did, and there is quite a bit. Seems he/she may have been in Northern Calif. Good luck!
Google is a fabulous source of information on an almost infinite amount of topics. You can even type in your own name and see what comes up. You may be surprised. (By the way, this is called "ego-surfing"!)
